The National President of the Al-Mushahid Initiative for Transparency and Accountability (AITA), Ambassador Aminu Majidadi, has extended heartfelt felicitations to Muslims across the country on the occasion of Eid-Al-Fitr, marking the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan.
In a message issued on behalf of management and of AITA, Amb. Majidadi congratulated the Muslim Ummah for the spiritual exercise of fasting, prayers, and self-discipline observed during the sacred month. He described Eid as a moment of spiritual renewal, unity, and compassion, urging Nigerians to draw from the lessons of Ramadan and recommit themselves to the values of integrity, peace, and national development.
He emphasized that the occasion should serve as a reminder of the importance of sacrifice, empathy for the less privileged, and dedication to collective progress. While acknowledging the current socio-economic challenges facing the nation.
Amb urged all Muslims to shun all forms of violence and extremism as the celebration marks the end of the holy month and period of prayer to Allah for better things to come.
